The housekeeping staff started cleaning the room the day after I checked in. Other hotels that I stayed in during my trip had suspended daily cleaning, linen exchange and trash removal so I was happy with their thoroughness. The shower was also easy to access and user friendly. The relatives that I came to visit planned a trip while I was there so I only used the room for a few days of my stay. The manager, Mylik, took care of the checkout and reservation adjustment promptly. My stay was pleasant. My thanks to all of the staff.

Mrs. Terry at the front desk is an absolute joy and very good at what she does. Her customer service is outstanding. The price and rates and Mrs. Terry is what keeps me coming back.
